Pease note the following requirements that are necessary for correct functioning of the In Good Hands course:

Workstation: A multimedia capable computer (at least a sound card and speakers) system
Internet Connection: 56k modem or higher
Screen Resolution: 800x600 or higher
Browser: Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher

Important Notices for Registrants Residing Outside of Ontario:

  1. This course does NOT yet have equivalency in British Columbia.
  2. IF you reside outside of Ontario, an appropriate proctor must be confirmed PRIOR TO WRITING YOUR FINAL TEST. Proctors must be approved by In Good Hands. For assistance with finding a proctor, please call our Help Desk at 1-866-287-8828. Once an appropriate proctor is confirmed, please contact the help desk to ensure the exam can be sent in a timely manner.
